Founded in May 2017, Albert Pamonag Engineering Consultancy (APEC) is a dynamic partnership firm comprising experienced engineers and rising young professionals. Led by Engr. Albert Pamonag, the firm has grown from its initial focus on building design to encompass a wider range of services, including infrastructure engineering and project/construction management.
